Learning how to prepare for a period doesn't have to feel awkward! Our Pajama Period Parties combine laughter, girl talk, confidence-building, and hands-on activities—like our fan-favorite Period Pouch Packing Race—to help girls learn what they need to stay prepared at school, during sports, at sleepovers, and on the go.

Inspired by The Grand Adventures of Jade & Grace: A Girl's Guide to Navigating Periods and Friendships, our Pajama Period Parties create a fun, comfortable, and age-appropriate space for girls ages 9–13 to talk about growing up, periods, friendships, confidence, and caring for their changing bodies.

Girls are invited to put on their favorite pajamas, grab their copy of Jade & Grace, and join The D.M. Sisters for an experience filled with real talk, laughter, learning, and girl time.

Depending on the party experience, girls may enjoy:
